I'm really sorry you had this issue with Solavia. It's not really a communication issue; sellers are responsible for their own listings so this isn't something that we at Furnish could have foreseen. I'm going to attempt to source a 100cm high clear glass vase for you. If I can, I hope you'll consider changing the feedback on this to positive.

I have been told that the vases are now back in stock but, unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy them at present. I have changed the rating to reflect the fact Furnish took the trouble to respond.
