I'm very sorry about this. However, I understand that this item was refunded to you on the same day that you ordered it. I believe Neofurn apologised and advised you that this had sold out just before you placed your order and that you had also separately ordered this on Amazon?

Unfortunatley my order was cancelled due to not being in stock ..But they were very apologetic and kept me informed..I would use them again .
