I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service we offer although there was an issue with the declaration of the shipping costs when you shipped your goods. Generally customs duties and taxes are calculated on both the value of the goods and the cost of shipping on import, for this reason we add these fees to the commercial invoice as default. forward2me offer very competitive shipping rates and have found that in the past if the shipping charges are not declared on the commercial invoices customers can be charged a higher estimated rate by customs. However if you feel that the shipping costs should not be included on the commercial invoice you do have the option to remove these fees via your account.
