Hi, Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received from forward2me and that you are unhappy with the price paid for shipping. I see that you have shipped your goods from the UK to our Guernsey UK tax free warehouse. Unfortunately due to the limited infrastructure we have limited options for shipping from this facility, it is a small island in the Channel Islands and has only one flight in and one flight out per day. At present we are only able to offer shipping via a DHL Worldwide Express service, this is a premium service. The aim for the UK Guernsey Tax free address is to receive higher value goods where a good saving can be made on UK vat when the goods are purchased. I see the goods you are receiving are lower value items and the saving made on any vat paid at purchase may have been very small and therefore using this address not cost effective due to the slightly higher costs in shipping. I hope you will consider using our services again in the future, I feel shipping from our mainland UK address would be much more cost effective for you. We have more courier options available for shipping and recently opened up a lane offering a very economical service to your country which I feel would be more cost effective for you.
