Awesome website, bad phone support.
Awesome website, bad phone support. Was advised won’t receive the luggage allowance as it isn’t with the tariff. Needed to buy it directly through them as in Southall Travels for a much higher price....

Not cooperative
Prices are very high specially when you change ticket they deduct too much if you compare same ticket with other providers

With regards to the matter further, may we mention that the price to reschedule the dates on any ticket is offered upon liaising with the real time fare supplied by the airline involved; for the intended dates considering the sensitivity and variation of prices in the market. Thus, upon agreement from our respective customer/s – the booking is processed and the ticket is revised when rescheduling the booking. Hence, having reviewed the matter at hand; it is concluded that the above has been practiced in your case as well - where in our expert ensured to explore all possible options pertaining to your travel interest and looked for workarounds to get you lowest available fare. Not Worth the Hassle
Had my flight cancelled twice, refund is stated to take 4-6 weeks to return back into my account. Not worth the hassle at all. Go with someone else.

Dear Customer We regret to note your discontentment with context to schedule change and refund timeframe We would like to inform you that schedule change is beyond our control however we do make all possible efforts to advise and inform our client(s) regarding the flight changes incorporated by the airline. As per the advisory received from Qatar Airways you are entitled for full refund and we have already raised the refund request with the airline against you ticket. Addressing to your dissatisfaction expressed towards the refund timeframe –as a travel agent we can only raise the refund with the airline and wait until same received from the airline. Due to recent travel restriction imposed by the government airlines are dealing with a lot of cancellation and refund therefore it is taking longer than the usual timeframe but we assure you we will offer the refund as soon as we receive it from the airline. Hope we have been able to address to your concern raised and share our viewpoint on the matter brought to our notice. Regards Fly Sharp

Very disappointed totally ripped off...
Useless they catch new customers and that's it you pay them extra money higher than others in the end!! I tried making changes to my tickets because of changes of Red-List countries due to covid19...

Our experts always ensure to explore all possible options pertaining to the travel interest and looked for workarounds to get the lowest available fare. However, the identified difference in amount quoted upon contact was purely due to the fare difference obtained real time – which was agreed by yourself and resulted in revised itinerary Apart from that we would also like to clarify that no travel agency posses any control on the availability of the inventory as it’s purely governed under the operational purview of the carrier in association Nonetheless , we raised the full refund request with the airline and same may take 02-03 weeks from the day of submission of refund request Regards Fly Sharp
