According to our records, our representative informed you of the change cost and also advised that changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.
The representative did not inform you that your ticket is non-refundable. Additionally, you contacted us again within 24 hours of the flight departure to inquire about the change cost. In accordance with the no-show penalty, our representative advised you of the total cost.
