Not happy with the service received. Ticket was cancelled without someone contacting me. Notes need to be made clear when travelling within 48 hours. Money was taken. The helpdesk was very rude too!...

Very disappointed you deal with accomodation in this condition.
I'm am very disappointed with our accomodation, we were rushed due to a medical emergency, and had limited time to book we paid a good deal of money for very poor accomodation.
