Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your experience with Easybook Training. Certificates for this course can take up to 6 weeks to arrive with us from the awarding body. I hope the scanned copy which my collegue emailed over this morning is sufficient and the original will be posted via recorded delivery and with you early next week.
