Thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry that your SMSTS Course was cancelled due to insufficient delegate numbers. The awarding body of this training (CITB) stipulates that a minimum of 6 delegates are required for the course to be confirmed. In this instance the training centre did not have enough delegates and in order to give over a week's notice had to cancel the training. I understand our booking team have tried to contact you via email and voicemail over the last couple of weeks to offer alternative dates and we hope to hear from you soon.
