We are most disappointed that there has been difficulty in liaising with our customer service team. We have been experiencing high call and email volumes due to the adverse weather conditions impacting on travel services, and we do apologise for any inconvenience. Our admin manager will be calling you directly to address any queries that you may have and we thank you for your patience in the interim.
Kayden was most helpful. He found the best prices for what we wanted which beat anything else on the internet. He was friendly, courteous and wished me a belated happy birthday cake
