I have tried calling the after sales team. Was promised a call. Got an email instead that I replied to a few days ago and still waiting for a reply

0 star.Price gone up by 2x when they rang.Late response despite chasing.
Zero star if I could. Extremely bad customer service after sales. And when you have a credit to use it is even worse. No respond altho they sent you an email acknowledging your request. Didn’t call...
