Yes everything was straightforward documents came through quickly

You are incorrect in your assertion that a package holiday booked with us is not protected. ATOL is the protection we provide as you state. You booked online with us on our website and it is mentioned there. We also find it inaccurate in relation to phoning since a consultant assisted you with a quote but you chose to book online instead. We are sorry you do not agree with our timescales or terms but these terms do advise that there is emergency 24/7/365 assistance as is required by Package Travel Regulations whilst customers are on resort. You must have overlooked this when agreeing to the terms at the time of booking.
Booking with Destination 2 online was the easiest site I’ve ever used it took no time at all and the price beats many other holiday companies. Looking forward to my holiday
