Easy to book and reasonable price. Difficult to book flights through website as does not clarify the luggage allowance before booking. Had to book my flight through alternative website .
Try to book my requirement online, but was not able to book my request. Rang customer service and was able to amend my hotel booking . Great service Jacqui.

Shauna was excellent at helping me to book our holiday to the Maldives but when I had queries about aircraft seat bookings, I had to sort it myself
