Had some issues with my original booking due to my mistake. Helped by Debbie in Customer Services. Issue was resolved with an amended booking by Lisa.

Phoned up to add on transfers for my holiday to Dubai and Ras Al Khiamah. The girl I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and patient and my transfers got added on free of charge. Happy days
