Poor communication and different results for the same claim.
received emails then letter by mail then back to emails with different names and addresses.
Very confusing and no set procedures.

I have used Cover More several times in the past. On our last trip my wife fell ill & Cover More reimbursed all medical expenses. I would highly recommend Cover More to anyone.
