We are sorry that you feel unhappy with your most recent order with us. On the product page for item IG I Beam 2c 2250mm it does state "Availability Generally available in 7 to 10 working days." Also on the shopping basket page it is stated that "Although we endeavour to adhere to your chosen desired delivery date where possible, stock availability and geographical location may effect the delivery date. We will always advise you the change of delivery date". This is also on the delivery page. Hopefully you will see fit to use us in the future as your business is much appreciated.
