We are sorry that you feel unhappy with your most recent order with us. As this is a large item there is high costs for returning. Which is down to the customer. Our salesman was under the impression you had decided to make your own arrangement for the return, once the item has been returned we will refund minus our recovery charge so we can cover our costs.
