Dear Vicky, As I can see yours staff are not well trained.for my 2nd accident I asked 1of yours staff on phone is it will effect on my 2nd accident and he said not it will not effect to yours 1st accident.then yours solicitor aleema kaiser told me it will effect yours 1st accident.then I asked aleema kausar since from my first accident nobody visit me at home and she said don't worry I wrote in document that some body visited you at home!!! She lie to me on phone.It was my first and very serous accident on M1 motorway.car been written off and yours solicitor just got 1400 pound for my injury which is very disappointed.after long arguments with aleema kausar she said to me don't worry I will do some thing extra for you but she never told me what she done for me or what's she is gonna do some thing extra for me to make me happy. After aleema kausar other solicitor Monika was dealing with my case and I been told you will get about 4000pound for yours injury and loss of earning and then I been told you can only get about 3000 pound.Reallly bad service and non professional people I will always advise to everybody don't go to these people as I am fully dout they only make their money maximum money from yours RTA CLAIMS AND GIVE YOU MINIMUM COPENSETATION!!!!!
