We are sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been, particularly as the trolley was purchased for an 88-year-old gentleman. We apologise that the trolley arrived without the wheels and that you had to contact our Customer Services team several times before the issue was resolved. We appreciate how disappointing it was to be advised that the wheels had been dispatched on 04/08/2026, only for them not to arrive, and then to experience further delays while waiting for replacement wheels to be sent. I can see that the replacement wheels were successfully delivered on 24/08/2026, and we are pleased that the matter has now been resolved. However, we fully recognise that this does not make up for the inconvenience, uncertainty and frustration caused throughout the process. As a long-standing customer who has ordered from us for many years without issue, we are particularly sorry that on this occasion we did not provide the level of service you have come to expect. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your comments will be shared with the relevant teams to help improve both our order fulfilment and customer service processes going forward.
