Hello Our Free European shipping is estimated to take 2-5 working days but we ask customers to allow up to 15 working days (3 weeks) as different country’s customs can take a bit longer. Please be aware that as this is a free delivery service it is not a fully trackable service. Your package is currently being held by customs and unfortunately how long this customs process takes is out of our control. I am sorry this has happened to you.
