Hello We offer a 60 day exchange / refund policy as clearly detailed on our website. Unfortunately the watch had been purchased long before this date. I can see you were advised of the warranty contact information for Timex and sent a copy of your receipt which is needed by them to repair the watch under the 2 year warranty.
