Excellent service

The actual service provided was excellent, unfortunately the item purchased has broken down two weeks after guarantee ended - but that is not Caterkwik's fault.

Cheaper than most places. Bad customer service and follow up

Bad customer service. I purchased over 2 grand worth of equipment from them and it was under warranty they somehow made me pay for a repair for an item that was still covered under warranty.

The online store was very easy to use but I found the aftersales service poor. Some of the items were really poor quality and caused problem after problem.
