Many thanks for the review. I'm happy that you are pleased with the sink but apologise for the issues raised. The item in question should certainly have been booked in for delivery. 

Indeed, for this product, a delivery would not be scheduled unless the delivery date has been confirmed by our customer. This is currently being investigated. We will also state more clearly that the drainer/waste is not supplied as standard.   

Dear Sir, a follow up to my initial response. I have been informed that the courier did make a call to arrange the delivery. This was confirmed. I don't want to post the name and number online but welcome a call to discuss. However, I believe it was not the mobile number as stated during one of your conversations with our sales team. Of course there are other issues to be attended to but I would reassure you that action is being taken on your valued feedback.
