Enjoyable afternoon on the Harbour!
Wonderful Long Lunch Cruise. Food was delicious and the multiple options of when and where to disembark were appreciated. Wonderful way to see the sights. I recommend.

Wouldn't recommend
Average says it all. No priority boarding as promised Bar service slow, lots of drinks not available Only 5 courses rather than the 6 advertised Food nice enough, service fine Closed bar half an hour...

Our Gold Dinner does include 6 courses, including the canapes upon the Priority boarding & welcome reception, which as per the website is part of our Circular Quay departures only. We can assure you that our staff are trained to provide our customers devoted and efficient service. UPDATE: - Captain Cook Cruises that is the worst response to a customer feedback I've ever seen. You do have control over your operation at the wharf as you have staff at the top of the pier. Other cruise companies were making announcements. You should too or at least have someone there to meet the boats and to shout out/make clear announcements to those waiting. It's basic customer service. If there was a fire evacuation then I'm sure your staff would be running to evacuate your passengers/customers so please don't tell me 1 person can't meet each cruise as they aren't that frequent.

Very worthwhile experience
We did a scenic adventure cruise on the Nepean Belle. In spite of louse weather we enjoyed the cruise. Captain Chris and all the crew were friendly and helpful and the lunch was excellent.
