Our apologies for any incovenience caused. I can assure you that we were not processing your payment on purpose. We simply send the details onto the bank involved and then receive a basic yes or no as to whether it has been processed. The error we were getting back relates to incorrect digits being entered, and sadly out of our control.

I am sorry to read of the difficulties you have encountered with the delivery. Sadly we are unable to specify specific days for delivery and your card would have been charged on despatch of the order. I can see that a letter has been sent to confirm all your details and for us to complete the enquiry with the courier firm. As soon as we receive this letter back with the details required, your order will be resent. Please get in touch if you have any further enquiries.
