Very convenient ... not sure about the value for money though ... I bought two pairs of shoes for £100 and I'm very doubtful about the quality ... I now prefer not to wear them ... I think I would...

Sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. We have recently been in touch with the manufacturers of this item and they have actually improved the packaging for the latest batch we are having delivered so hopefully this should not happen again.
It looks as though we should be receiving the goods back today so your refund (in full, including the postage) will be processed shortly.

Very sorry to hear that! Sadly we are in the hands of our courier and unfortunately items do from time to time get damaged in transit, this is a risk we have to take with mail order. However, as soon as we receive the goods back from the courier we will issue the replacement straight away. i can also inform you that the manufacturers have improved the packaging and it has been tested without a single damaged unit.

the oven was returned on the 14th of november 2008.you will of received by now .
