There was only a short wait to be connected to an advisor and my policy cancellation was done with no pressure or queries.

Delay in payment from once excellent service.
For the first time we have had to chase up payment of a claim. We have used Petplan Sanctuary for over 10 years and have had no problems. New management delaying claims?
