Thank-you for the feedback, we welcome your comments on the medium sized items, we are in the process of amending our website but it is very time consuming Paul

Thank-you for the feedback, we rang as a matter of security when delivery address and billing address dont match, this is how fraudster operate, they steal someones card details, which is the billing address and then they have the goods delivered to another address. The security checks carried out by the card company can only check the billing address, if we send goods to a different address the security checks are invalid and we loose the goods and the geniune card holder gets a lot of inconvenience. Hope this explains the phone call. Paul
