Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you did not receive your parcel and fully understand how frustrating this experience must have been. Having reviewed your order, I can confirm that it was placed on 27th January and was picked, packed, and dispatched the very same day. According to the Parcelforce tracking information, a delivery attempt was recorded on 28th January (next working day), after which the parcel was held at the depot. On 10th February, we offered either to recall and re-ship the parcel or to issue a full refund. You chose the refund option, which we processed immediately. At the time of writing, we have still not received the parcel back from Parcelforce. While we always strive to provide a smooth and reliable service, courier issues can unfortunately occur from time to time. In this instance, we dispatched your order promptly and issued a refund as soon as it was requested, without waiting for the parcel to be returned to us. We completely appreciate how disappointing delivery problems can be, and we are sorry that this situation arose.
