Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the standard of your accommodation. Our aim is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide accommodation which is - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that this wasn't the case for your caravan and that it took so long for the problems to be sorted out.
