Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the standard of your accommodation. Our aim is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide accommodation which is - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that this wasn't the case for your original caravan. We are glad to hear, however, that the park responded to your complaint. Sorry as the money you paid for your early check in is passed onto the holiday park operator we are unable to refund it to you.
