I'm sorry if you feel you've not been getting the games you want.
With older consoles titles the waits might be increased due to not having as many copies in circulation as compared with current gen titles. Also added to this is as we don't have any time limits or late fees this can artificually increase the wait times with older titles.
We always advise to have no more than 6 red game in your list to have a complete service. Anymore than this could lead to some wait for games.
Any time you are left waiting for games you will be earning payback points which can be used for discounts and saved for free rental months.

Our office is open Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.30pm for contact with our customer service team. We are closed during the weekends and this was when you were atempting to contact our office, my apologies for this. Our opening times are listed on the contact us page on our home page.
I wait for a long time when returning a game before another one is sent. Sometimes it is months. Overall, I have no game more than I have one. This seems to be for 3DS games.

I'm really sorry you feel you've had an issue with our service recently.
I've been able to review your account and see that you exclusively rent 3DS games. With smaller or old consoles we may not have as many copies in circulation as compared with new formats. This added with the fact we have no late fees or time limits can sometimes increase wait times.
We constantly review wait times and we will get additional games if needed. During any wait you have you will be building up payback points which can be used for discounts from puchases and saved up for free rental months.
