Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your recent purchase. We are sorry to hear of the issues that you outline.
There can sometimes be slight difference in the colour of a product due to batch variation in fabrics however if this is vastly different to the sample that you have received and you can email us a photo illustrating this, we would be more than happy to take a look in to this.
Can you also provide details of the blinds which seem to be made smaller and the sizes that they have been made at and we will look at this problem also.
