to avoid inconvenience to our customers we ask parcels to be left somewhere safe or with a neighbour. This is the preferred option for most customers. The drivers know their routes well and know which areas are safe. We have an option for you to leave delivery instructions and you can let us know if you would not like it left Glad the beer was enjoyed regards Gill

Sometimes we may have to split deliveries to get them there in the optimum time. Glad yours was delivered quickly. The crates are solid and very well made. This is the first that one has been damaged. It may have been dropped. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you so you do not have to repair it. Many thanks Gill
