Many thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. I'm ever so sorry that this item didn't reach you in perfect condition. The crates are handmade and are very strong. I assume that this was damaged en route as we have sent out hundreds. I will have a replacement sent to you immediately. I'm sorry for any disappointment caused. Regards Bob Beer

Sorry you were disappointed, we didn't send the beer straightaway as it was clear it was for Father's Day and it would have turned up nearly two weeks early. Apologies about the missing bottle, clearly this is unacceptable but it was just an oversight during our peak period. Regards Gill

Thanks for the feedback. We have moved the buy button up to the top of the screen to make it more obvious, but it has meant that customers have missed the option to put the dates in for the Beer for a Year as it is at the bottom of the screen. We're having that moved also. Beer will arrive on the date requested, hope it is enjoyed Many thanks Gill
