Thank you for your feedback about our Small group Essence of Venice walking tour with our guide Stefania - we are very pleased you enjoyed touring with her and we thank you for appreciating her work. Our tour departs from the Royal Garden which is a central location and easy to locate by our clients who, we need to consider, are not familar with Venice. You toured on a Saturday which together with Sunday is the busiest day in Venice plus we are in peak season so there are a lot of people in the area. That is beyond our control but thank you for letting us know - we will keep you comments on file and will evaluate other options once the touristy season has ended. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback - we are glad you enjoyed our walking tour of Venice and the grand canal boat tours with our expert English speaking guides. We are a bit uncertain as to the situation at the meeting point you describe - the check-in is conducted directly by the guides - when you check in you are asked to remain nearby so that when your name is called for departure you can hear the guide and leave with our small group. This is a busy time of the year so of course there are lots of people in Venice hence in order to run the check-in and departure smoothly you are requested to stand nearby in order not to miss tours or delay the group. Our guides have worked with us for years and surely our guide didn't many any disrespect but was just making sure you didn't miss the departure. Thank you for booking with us!
