Our specialty are small group tours as we believe you can offer best quality only when the group is smaller and when you can access all the locations which in case of big group tours is not feasible. Thank you for your feedback about our private doges palace tour. All our guides are well prepared, customer-friendly and knowledgeable. With children it's always a bit tricky as it really depends on their age - on your booking we don't see their age mentioned. Generally with  children ( not students) visiting art cities or museums is perhaps not the best idea as they would probably enjoy more a stay on the beach or similar. It may be the guide but it also may be the attraction, probably it would have been more enjoyable to schedule a boat tour along the Grand Canal rather than tour a palace or other touristy spots. We always recommend our travelers to contact us in advance in order to take advantage of our expertise and tour suggestions based on our experience. In any case thank you for appreciating our guide's knowledge.

The weather is beyond our company's control - if you mind the heat we recommend traveling in the lower season like March or November - the weather is often very good and you avoid all the crowds. Our guides are all knowledgeable and customer-friendly. As we have different age groups the guides need to balance the humor and facts and stay as neutral and informative as possible - senior travelers perhaps would appreciate more facts whereas younger travelers are perhaps looking more for curious facts. We can't predict your expectations as this is not possible for anyone, we hope that you enjoyed the tour at least to some extent. Thank you for booking with us.
