Hi Ross, Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry to see you have only left us 3 stars. I can see that your sample order was placed on the 9th June and shipped on the same day. We do recommend giving 7 - 10 days for delivery from UK to the USA, so it should be with you any day now. I cannot see that you have contacted us prior to leaving this review, which I would always recommend as we are here to help.
