I can see that Evri delivered your wallpaper on the 3rd working day, which is within the 3 - 5 day timeframe for free delivery that you selected. I am sorry if you feel it takes too long for us to reply to emails, we aim to reply within 24 hours but often much quicker - I can see that the majority of your emails were answered within 30 minutes.
