This was using a voucher from a booking cancelled due to Covid. They would not provide a refund but only a voucher. I would not have rebooted if it weren't for the voucher as I am still uncomfortable...

Poor communcation
I’d rang to change the booking from the end of November until later in December which I had done after an hour on the phone. I then got an email to say my booking had been cancelled and a voucher...
Really easy to use and understand the pricing. Tickets were emailed and were very easy to print-off

Booking Santa sleepover
Very knowledgeable & good information from the person of whom I spoke too. Managed to have all the answers to my questions & guided me through planning my day in the park.
Booking was easy and quick only thing would be to show more information regarding hotel rooms and the restaurants So I could decide, what’s best for the group how far they are to walk to etc are they...
