Check in process was efficient and covid friendly. All staff members we had contact with were all very polite and helpful. Overall we had a great experience both in the hotel and the theme park....

Rebooking easy due to covid cancellations
Easy, break got cancelled due to covid, voucher issued immediately allowing me to rebook a later date . Didnt have to ring up and speak to anyone . I know it will get cancelled again out of alton...

Bad Experience
- there was a pipe missing from the bathroom sink, water just poured on to the floor, had to use a bucket, staff weren't interested when mentioned at check out

Fine
Worked well, although it was unclear that All the activities associated with an overnight stay are to be taken on the day of arrival (e.g. swimming could just have easily been taken day of departure).

Bad covid cleanliness
Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially as this should be a main priority during a pandemic. Very dusty. The bedding was very tired and stained. No bottom sheet just a mattress...
