Online booking wasn't working so I called the phone line and had a lovely lady take my booking for a two night stay at Alton Towers. Talked me through options and helped me even change my mind on...
Great call center staff, but disappointed at the website info
Staff on the phone were so helpful and friendly, but we booked the waterpark hotel and read on the website that we’d have all day access to the waterpark with our tickets.....only to find out two...
The booking service has been easy to use however my frustration lies with the price change. We booked our stay before lockdown and it included breakfast and entry into splash landings for the day....
