Solved my issue with my booking and changed to new hotel with no issues. Refunded onto a voucher and then new booking made from the voucher. The difference is going to be refunded.
Booked a 5 night stay, would be nice to be able to book 4 days park tickets at the same time, the web booking page only allowed to book 2 days park tickets
Grate freindly customer service and when i made a mistake they where very helpfull in fixing it for me

Simple to book,
Easy to book, but when trying to book a specific themed room you just had to keep guessing dates to find the availability.
