Problems paying
I found the website tricky to use-park tickets are confusing. I also spent three days trying to pay as my payments didn't go through using first a Mastercard and then a debit card. I tried Livechat...
Shame you can't pay a deposit on bookings to give you chance to spread the cost especially as booking is 9 months away. But other than that easy to use
