Why do you take full payment months before arrival,
Could not believe full payment was taken instead of a deposit,it's seven months before we arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Splash landings night stay
Great service would have liked to have been able to book a second day in the water park when making reservation but was given the number to arrange and need to sort on arrival
From the minute I called my booking was handled promptly and professionally. The day was very helpful and went out if her way to ensure all my questions were answered. Fantastic
