Frustrating and disappointing
Wanted to book a break, staying at then hotel with one person having a Merlin pass and one didn't so would need a park ticket. Unable to find these options online had to phone paying 13p to listen...

Booking a break when only some of the party has Merlin passes and some require tickets is not straightforward and does usually require a call to our team for advice on the best option for you.
Unfortunately on this occasion, a new member of staff had to check she was doing the correct thing to help you and I am sorry that this lengthened your call. I am also apologetic that the email address was misheard but can see that you now have your documents and everything you need for your upcoming break.

I was dealing with "Rosie" she was fabulous.
She sounded as excited as we were as a family to be going to Ceebies Land, and took time to talk to us about questions that we had.

Yes would book with them again, easy website to use, everything was sorted without having to speak to anyone. Also, confirmation came through to my emails straight away.
