Had a small issue when booking online as deal i saw online cust service couldnt help. But have been before and got grest deak doing it online myself. Alls good staff at hotels are excellent

Should have free number to book
Should not charge to make booking and I was charged three days in a row because the advisor didn't write the correct email address and I rang three days in a row to get them to send me the email...
This is the 3rd year running we have booked Alton Towers for our little boys birthday, it's so easy to book the whole trip and we love visiting the resort.
