Fantastic service but disappointed with the price difference
Coming to stay in July. Overall the whole booking process was excellent. Fast and efficient. Only thing I am disappointed with which I phoned to query was the fact that bringing two 3 1/2 year olds...
With offers not making sense, links pointing to missing pages and having to re-enter dates etc to test eligibility for new offers it was a complete nightmare.

I am sorry to read that our website fell below your expectations. I can completely understand that at some points during the year, whats on offer can be confusing due to the amount of special events and other activities going on at the Alton Towers Resort.

Fantastic family trip
Online was really easy and the staff meeting and greeting and checking in on the day were amazingly helpful
Really hard to browse, I knew what I was looking for and even then hard to bring up on my mobile device.
