Hotel only booking
Automated phone numbers pass you number to number, with options not suiting booking requirements
Found all info on line but as a worrier called the helpline to double check and book. The person I spoke to was polite, friendly and efficiently helped me complete my booking.
two adults two big teenagers trying too make sure pull out beds not bunk beds really hard work to get sorted? hopefully its done,wanted to be up 1floor so can leave windows open and no kids banging...
