We stay here off peak twice a year and are never disappointed we went to florida in January 2016..and alton towers is as good as any resort we visited their well done and keep up the good work

Website was easy to use but unable to make the payment - the site wouldn't allow us to submit credit card details.
Rang customer services as instructed by the website and had a terrible time booking...

thank you for taking the time to rate our service. All feedback is very important to us.
We are usually able to amend many parts of a booking such as the date, number of people going, the duration of the stay etc but sadly due to system constraints we cannot YET change the type of room on a booking. This is something that we hope to introduce in the near future.
I am sorry for the inconvenience that this caused for you but do hope that you enjoy the Enchanted Village later in the year!

Sadly your website went down just as I was completing my booking so I telephoned your company. Your member of staff I spoke to couldn't have more helpful and understanding. I ended up paying twice...
